What is Jobred
Jobred is an employability skills toolkit. It tackles the knowledge and behaviours of young people which employers say are a huge missing link in their new hires, and provides the support tools business owners need to excel.

Our History
Jobred sits under the umbrella of Oye Centre for Learning & Development.It was born to address the gaps that we identified, from being at the forefront of a recruitment project in the Nigerian labor market; of about 5,000 applicants, over a two and a half month period.
What we do
- We develop learning interventions and tackle topical issues to build the employability skills of students.
- We invest in education for the future, providing youth with skills relevant for today’s marketplace.
