JobRed is an employability skills toolkit. It tackles the attitudes and behaviours of young people employers say are a huge barrier to long term success in their hire and provides the support tools business owners need to excel
Our History
JobRed sits under the umbrella of Oye Centre for Learning & Development.It was born to address the gaps that we identified, from being at the forefront of a recruitment project in the Nigerian labor market; of about 5,000 applicants, over a two and a half month period.
What we do
- We develop learning interventions, resources and platforms with direct links between school and the world of work
- We tackle topical issues to build the employability skills of students, job seekers and employees alike, especially in the new world of post covid-19
- We invest in education for the future, translated as programmes that provide youth with skills relevant for today’s marketplace
